Harvey Norman, one of Australia's fastest growing retailers is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Full Time Retail Planning and Training Coordinator for the Technology and Entertainment team at our Corporate office located in Homebush West.

The Role
• Support the National Retail Team with their daily duties
• Coordinate meetings and committees
• Prepare data including spreadsheets, SAP reports, surveys and procedure documents
• Coordinate requirements for Retail Planning team
• Liaise with key stakeholders for layouts, floor plans, fixtures and costing requirements
• Coordinate and maintain the creation of Merchandising Procedure Manuals
• Basic ticket creation for events and promotions
• Coordinate and maintain the creation of a fixture database for stores
• Formalise training plans for Retail Training team
• Coordinate video content creation
• Manage vendor content for video creation
• Coordinate and maintain training documentation and manuals
• Coordinate and maintain training register for vendors
• Attend and complete annual compliance training when required
• Send product information and recommendations to Proprietors
• Liaison with various internal and external stakeholders of the business e.g. suppliers and Proprietors

The Requirements
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Professional applications skills
• Advanced problem solving skills
• Advanced attention to detail
• Advanced time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
• Proficiency in reviewing material such as procedure and communication
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who is also able to work unsupervised
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced customer service skills
• Intermediate presentation and facilitation skills
• Flexible and adaptable as our environment is fluid and constantly evolves
• Ability to liaise with all levels of the business including Senior Executives and Proprietors
