If you are looking for an exciting and challenging role working in a team environment, the Harvey Norman IT Service Desk could be the place for you. The successful applicant will be working in a 24x7 ITIL environment supporting stores located in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore and Malaysia.
You will be expected to have knowledge of MS applications, Web browsers, Hardware peripherals and ideally you will have had some exposure to POS systems. A willingness to learn and share knowledge will be essential to work in this team environment. ServiceNow will become your main IT service management tool which you will use in conjunction with a variety of other applications.
