Harvey Norman’s Electrical Department located in Homebush West, are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Full Time Services Delivery Manager.

About You:
Having worked in or had exposure to a Harvey Norman, Domayne or Joyce Mayne franchise you will have sound understanding of the end to end sales processes including the engagement of Tech 2 and Octopuss at a customer level.

Your New Role:
Reporting to the General Manager – Electrical, you will use your Harvey Norman/Domayne/Joyce Mayne knowledge to be involved in managing and improving relationships between Proprietors and Service Partners (Tech2 and Octopuss).

Your responsibilities will include:

Relationship Management

  • Driving relationships to improve business connections with Proprietors, vendors and Sales staff
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage proprietor escalations on Tech2 issues through to resolution ensuring all stakeholders are updated in a timely manner
  • Maintain and manage an issues register for Tech2 gathering input from all state contacts and drive resolutions
  • Review, approve and sign off on Tech2 monthly sales figures including the commissions paid to sales staff
  • Communicate all HN/JM and DM promotions with Tech2/Octopuss management for sufficient resource management
  • Review, approve and sign off on Tech2 monthly sales figures including the commissions paid to sales staff
  • Independently problem solve by engaging stakeholders when necessary, Focusing on the best outcome for the business
  • Understand the proprietor model within the business and keeping in touch with your state contacts and leads

Energy Services

  • Identify and review various energy programs available to retailers across NSW, VIC, ACT and SA
  • Recognise opportunities and develop ‘Go to Market’ strategy for energy related programs
  • Drive process improvement on energy related services offered
  • Interpret and apply procedures, regulations and policies when required
  • Attend energy forums, conferences, exhibitions and stakeholder meetings providing inputs and outputs at operational levels
  • Understand energy market movements and make timely and effective decisions on trading energy certificates
  • Perform administrative tasks in processing energy programs that Harvey Norman/Domayne and Joyce Mayne take part in
  • Build and manage financial models for proprietor commissions splits across eligible stores
  • Manage and understand costs associated with your energy P & L
  • Understand the proprietor model within the business and conversing regularly with state leads and contacts
