We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dedicated team.

About the Role
Reporting to the National Warehouse Development Manager, you will be part of the Franchisor national Administration and Warehouse Team. Your responsibilities will be to monitor, evaluate and review the Franchised warehouse operations  for compliance to regulatory entities, efficiency and effectiveness and develop capabilities within the franchised warehouse teams. You will also be a champion and be a role model for a culture of continuous improvement, adoption of processes and procedures.

Core Activities of the role:

  • Conduct reviews of current practises, assessments and provide recommendations to improve them
  • Support the Franchise Proprietor and Warehouse Manager of recruitment and performance management of staff when required
  • Visit Warehouse sites across NSW to ensure they are compliant with OH&S requirements
    • Metro, regional and interstate travel is required
  • Identify improvements Build and present reports on Warehouse sites to be presented to the business
  • Provide operational training and coaching to Proprietors, Warehouse & Administration Managers
  • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships

About you
With a interest and energy for Warehouse operations, you will have proven experience influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to get the best possible outcome for the business. You will have:

  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Great time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Training, coaching & mentoring experience
  • Experience managing multiple sites and stakeholders
  • The ability to travel to multiple Warehouse sites within Metro & Regional NSW
    inherent knowledge of Warehouse operations, OH&S, practices and procedures with site experience is an advantage although not a requirement


  • Ideally would hold a valid LF and LO high reach licence and a current driver’s license
