About the role  

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, and based on-site at Homebush West, you will provide support and general administration assistance to the Finance team. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work either 20 or 24 hours spread over a 3-day workweek.

Responsibilities include; 

  • Managing and scheduling meeting room reservations
  • Answering enquiries received by phone and email
  • Coordinating the organisation and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting with travel coordination
  • Processing of accounts
  • Filing, photocopying, and scanning

About you  

As a quick and eager learner, you excel at quickly grasping new tasks and are always ready to contribute to the team’s success.

You will also have: 

  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
