About the role  

You will support the Product and Marketing team based on-site at Homebush West. This position is dynamic and fast-paced, involving juggling multiple tasks. You’ll be supporting various areas like catalogues, newspaper ads, online content, promotions, reporting, ordering, meetings and managing product samples.

Responsibilities include; 

  • Maintaining the product database, intranet, and online marketplace.
  • Liaising with suppliers to coordinate promotional offers, samples, and compliance reports.
  • Providing weekly reporting and assist in preparation of product assortment plans / seasonal ranges and forecasting upcoming trends.
  • Assisting with organising meetings and conferences.
  • Regular communication to stores in relation to new product launches, promotions, specials.
  • Supporting all advertising compliance and all evidence to substantiate the accuracy of information.
  • Communicating with Suppliers and Photographers in relation to ordering of stock, delivery and collection.
  • Occasional travel may be required from time to time.

About you  

You will be organised, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills. You will thrive on learning new concepts and adeptly supporting the team with various tasks, simultaneously.

You will also have: 

  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
