About the role  

Reporting to our Chief Risk Officer and supporting the Risk Analyst, you will be based on-site in Homebush West. Your responsibilities include assisting the team in achieving their Risk Management objectives by maintaining the electronic Risk Management System and helping prepare for the organisations risk workshops. 

Responsibilities include; 

  • Assisting with the Business Continuity Planning manual by gathering updated information, formatting, and updating stakeholder manuals
  • Assisting with the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery training by researching scenarios, preparing documents, setting up and dismantling rooms, and coordinating personnel.
  • Assist in preparing the Quarterly Risk Committee pack by collating and reformatting information as needed and liaising with Franchisor departments to obtain necessary documentation.
  • Maintaining all office equipment including ordering stationary.
  • General administration duties including organisation of meetings and diary management.

About you  

You excel at consistently maintaining confidentiality and privacy while demonstrating a proactive nature and outstanding communication skills. Your attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information will be crucial in effectively supporting our risk management efforts.

You will also have: 

  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interactions across all organisational levels.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
