About the role  

Reporting to the Head of Business and Vendor Management, you will support Franchisees with helping to tailor solutions for their customers. You will oversee the logging of escalation activities and provide ongoing reports to management.

Responsibilities include; 

  • Managing monthly reviews of operational data, including gathering responses and data for the final billing cycles.
  • Monitoring and managing escalations to completion, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to provide solutions, and identifying cases that require management input.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, contributing to vendor management meetings, and raising relevant issues as needed.
  • Monitoring escalation activities and trends, providing reports as needed.
  • Recommending new processes to enhance and improve the current workflow.

About you  

You will possess experience in a similar role or a process-driven environment, along with strong interpersonal skills and methodical problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you will be able to think critically and work effectively under pressure. You must be diligent in record-keeping and ensure that all details are thoroughly documented in writing.

You will also have: 

  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
