About the role  

Reporting to the Mobiles & Computer Technology Product Manager and based onsite at the corporate office in Homebush West, you will support strategic objectives by advising independent Franchisees on financial targets, inventory, market share, and brand advertising, while monitoring their performance.

You will also manage administrative tasks for the Mobiles & Computer Tech Category, oversee advertising and marketing planning, and support projects and initiatives within the Category.   

You will; 

  • Support the core product range for the Mobiles & Computer Tech category to optimise sales, margins, and inventory mix across all product categories.
  • Collaborate with the Mobiles & Computer Tech Product Manager to forecast and plan product-level demand, ensuring alignment with the business’s strategic direction.
  • Develop and execute the marketing and advertising strategy for the Mobiles & Computer Tech category across all channels including TV, radio, press, catalogues, and online.
  • Provide reporting and insights including Monthly Business Reviews.
  • Support the development of Category Sales Out Plans and purchasing plans, providing recommended forecasts to franchisees and suppliers.
  • Assist Franchisees with various category-related activities, including processing claims, scanning sales, online maintenance, and managing marketing materials and POS.
  • Prepare and distribute inventory recommendations to Franchisees.
  • Visit Franchisee locations regularly to gather insights and provide recommendations.

You will also have: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.  
  • Knowledge of relevant Consumer Law and Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Knowledge of all stages of a product lifecycle.
