About the role  

Ready to make a global impact on workplace health and safety? Join us and play a key role in delivering Harvey Norman’s transformational Health and Safety Framework and shaping safer, healthier workplaces worldwide.

Based at our Homebush West corporate office, you’ll manage critical systems, streamline processes, and provide insights that help drive continuous improvement across our operations. This is more than an admin role – it’s an opportunity to influence how safety is embedded in a leading ASX 100 retailer.

You will also;

  • Administer and maintain our health and safety software platform, ensuring smooth operation and accurate data across global regions.
  • Monitor health and safety activities, including incident management, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare insightful reports for senior leaders and governance committees, helping shape strategic decisions.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, responding to queries and supporting compliance.
  • Keep our health and safety resources up-to-date and accessible, including intranet content and communication tools.
  • Support the implementation of health and safety initiatives that make a real difference to our people and communities.

About you  

You have studied or are interested in health and safety or a related field or bring equivalent experience.

You will also have;

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills and experience with software platforms.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn about health and safety systems and principles.
  • Demonstrated capability to plan, prioritise, and deliver work within set timeframes.
