Network Consumer Finance Pty Ltd (NCF) is a licensed credit provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvey Norman Holdings. NCF provides consumer, leasing, commercial finance, and fleet administration services to its customers.

We are seeking a Full Time Fleet Administrator to join our team located in Homebush West.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overall administration of the vehicle fleet from purchasing to disposals including fuel card management with a strong focus on timely infringement processing.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle fines and infringements
• Co-ordinate new vehicle approvals and issue purchase orders
• Issue vehicle service order numbers
• Fuel cards – process new orders, renewals and maintain fuel cards
• Update PPSR registers for registrations, variations, and discharges
• Monitor Registration transfers
• Action Vehicle Disposal Checklists
• Monitor Motor Vehicle allowances
• Conduct weekly fuel verifications
• Scanning of documents
• Manage Safety Recalls
