About the role

You will be responsible for maintaining a great level of customer service by handling customer queries, complaints, and compliments via our Customer First Program.

About you

You will embody a high level of motivation, coupled with exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisation, adept time management and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in a similar customer service based role
• Proficiency in multitasking and maintaining focus under high-pressure circumstances
• Able to manage customer queries and complaints  
• Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• A ‘can do’ attitude with the willingness to learn
