About the role

As the Telecommunications Data Analyst, your role is to manage and reconcile various payment data and provide comprehensive summaries to franchisee proprietors. You will act as the first point of contact for all payment and discrepancy queries regarding Mobile and Computer technology plans, providing recommendations where required.

Responsibilities include;

• Consolidating discrepancies and franchise level reconciliation data
• Ensuring all enquiries are resolved and responded to in a timely manner
• Continuous improvement in process and reporting
• Assisting with continuous educational communications

About you

• Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Proficient in data analysis with the ability to manipulate extensive datasets with precision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to meet defined objectives
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Provide effective business recommendations
• Experience working in telecommunications industry will be highly regarded
• Power BI experience will be highly regarded
