About the role  
Based onsite at our Homebush West Corporate Office, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to three General Managers in the Technology and Entertainment Division, managing diaries, organising conferences and events, and supporting HR and Franchise processes including new staff onboarding and store transactions. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless daily operations and the successful delivery of events.

You will also:

  • Maintain meeting schedules and commitments for the General Managers and provide information and briefings prior to meetings.
  • Record and prepare accurate meeting minutes, capturing key decisions and action items, and draft professional correspondence on behalf of the General Managers as required.
  • Support HR processes, including onboarding of new staff, leave tracking, and employee record updates.
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and professional environment.
  • Process expense claims and invoices promptly.
  • Support and manage all staff’s IT requirements, programs and licenses.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel for General Managers and, when required, for staff within the computers team.

About you:

You will have experience in an administrative role, demonstrating logical thinking, exceptional organisational skills, and strong time management abilities. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities will be essential.

You will also have;

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Strong initiative and a proactive mindset.
