About the role  

Based on site at the corporate office in Homebush West, you will support the team across key finance functions including accounts payable and receivable, credit claims, and vendor funding management.  In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of financial processes, with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and build your career in finance. 

  •  You will; Reconcile creditor statements against ledger and vendor accounts.

  • Investigate aged items and help resolve outstanding account issues. 

  • Assist with vendor account updates. 

  • Handle vendor queries related to payments, delivery dockets, and settlement discounts. 

  • Support credit claim submissions and rebate tracking.  

  • Support the validation of rebate accruals, settlement discounts, and promotional support claims.  

  • Maintain accurate filing, records, and audit-ready documentation. 

  • Provide general support to the team during peak periods and when required. 

About you  

You will have experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to accounts payable, receivable, or finance administration.  You’re confident working with numbers, eager to learn new accounting systems and reconciliation processes, and motivated to grow your career in finance. 

You will also have; 

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills. 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.  

  • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.  

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. A positive “can do” attitude and a willingness to grow.
