About the role
Based onsite at our Corporate Office in Homebush West, you will be part of the Finance Administration team, providing high-level administrative support to the CFO’s office. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver a range of administrative, operational, and finance-related activities across the Finance function.
You will;
- Manage end to end credit card reconciliations, including discrepancy follow‑up and the maintenance of organised digital records.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, and high-priority stakeholder meetings, including agenda preparation and follow up actions.
- Oversee mail coordination, document control, and distribution.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries for multiple stakeholders while tracking all associated costs for accurate reporting.
- Handle internal and external enquiries while developing strong working relationships across the business.
- Draft communication, correspondence, and briefing notes.
- Assist with divisional projects, workshops, training sessions and planning days.
- Complete additional ad hoc tasks as required and provide support across broader organisation initiatives.
About you
You bring experience in finance administration or administrative support roles, with demonstrated capability in accounts administration. You exercise sound professional judgement, maintain high level of discretion, and handle sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality.
You will also have;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated initiative with a continuous improvement mindset.
