About the role  

Reporting to the Cyber Security Operations Manager and based onsite at our Silverwater Corporate Office, you will closely with Information Security Managers and CISO. You will perform ticket triaging, Incident Response, and Security Platform management to support the Global Security team achieve their objectives.

You will;

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior analysts on ticket prioritisation, investigation approaches, escalation thresholds, and remediation actions within ServiceNow.
  • Monitor and triage critical security alerts, coordinating with technical teams for timely incident response.
  • Manage and configure security platforms such as CrowdStrike, Mimecast, Qualys, and Netskope.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve security platform issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation supporting ongoing security operations.
  • Support Security Assurance with operational requirements and help promote security policies and standards.

About you  

You will have previous experience in IT Operations and bring technical expertise and strategic thinking to every project. You will also be friendly, energetic, and genuinely enjoy interacting with people.

You will also have;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years technical experience within an enterprise environment in one or more domains such as Security, Cloud, Network, Infrastructure, or Development.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both Management and Technical Subject Matter Experts.
  • Hands‑on experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools and Vulnerability Management platforms.
