About the role
Based on-site at our Homebush Corporate Office, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Proprietor Development function, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the department.
You will;
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for proprietor training and development programs.
- Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, enrolments, attendance tracking, and completion monitoring.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date training records, certifications and qualification documentation across internal systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for training and development enquiries from proprietors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with reporting on participation, compliance, and program effectiveness.
About you
You have hands‑on administrative experience, and are confident managing tasks, systems and competing priorities. You enjoy creating structure, keeping operations running smoothly, and supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
You will also have;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
