About the role 

Based at our Silverwater Warehouse, you will manage the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse while maintaining a safe, structured, and high‑performing environment.

You will;

• Oversee and monitor stock levels.
• Manage timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading & unloading of trucks and unloading shipping containers.
• Coach, motivate, and lead a small team.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with suppliers and contractors.
• Resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

About you  

You are passionate about warehouse operations, with expertise in dispatch and receiving processes, and have the ability to lead and motivate a high‑performing team.

You will also have;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work at heights.
• A commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
• Enthusiasm and a “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• LO Stock Picker and LF Forklift licence (preferred).
