GP Advertising is one of Australia’s largest in-house retail ad agencies. Work with our friendly and experienced team on some of the country’s most iconic brands, including Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne.

We are seeking a passionate TV & Radio Marketing Assistant to join the team full time. Located in Homebush West, we're a short walk from Flemington train station, with parking available onsite. You will gain comprehensive experience in account servicing, including campaign briefing, reporting, client relations, and end of month reconciliation.  Additionally, you will collaborate with internal marketing teams and assist where possible.

About the role

As a TV & Radio Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for allocating resources and coordinating all components of video and audio advertising.

This includes:

• Coordinate production of audio & video advertising material.
• Manage weekly TV campaigns as required.
• Send material instructions to TV stations on a weekly basis.
• Organise and assist with promotional activity.
• Communicating with multiple stakeholders from clients to media publishers.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practises in digital design.
• Assisting with media plans, campaign evaluation and review of proposals.
• Managing invoicing, billing, and account queries where necessary.

You will also have: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Understanding of digital media platforms, ie. Youtube.
