GP Advertising is one of Australia’s largest in-house retail ad agencies and our friendly and experienced team, work with some of the country’s most iconic brands; including Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne.

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Advertising Admin and Reporting Coordinator to join the friendly GP team located in Homebush West.

The Opportunity

Entry level role that will be reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for running and maintaining reporting related to all aspects of marketing and advertising and other general admin duties that fit with this role.

 You will also:

• Assist in the development of system and process changes to meet internal and external business requirements for analysis and reporting of data
• Analyse, maintain and review incoming data from internal and external sources and present in a simple and comprehensive format
• Budgeting, forecasting, and production reporting
• Liaise with all divisions up to General Manager level to seek and provide marketing and advertising data

About You:

You will be an analytical thinker with outstanding multi-tasking abilities, you’re an independent, self-motivated worker and possess outstanding communication skills.

You will also have:

• Detail-oriented and proactive with the aptitude to set and manage key priorities to meet multiple deadlines in a timely manner
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills knowledge of VBA and Macro would be desirable
• High attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
