We are seeking enthusiastic Online Customer Service Officers to join our dedicated team that supports our Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne brands.
This job will place you in a fast-paced and innovative role that makes you the first point of contact for our business. Working in our online customer service team, you will handle online customer queries and complaints via multiple forms of communications.
To be successful you must:
- Be passionate about provide outstanding Customer Service to all Customers.
- Be a highly motivated person with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Enjoy working in a team environment and assisting others.
- Ability to multi task and maintain focus in an often high pressure environment.
- Have retail or contact centre experience preferred.
What we require:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be used over the phone, via email and on LiveChat.
- Enthusiastic approach to work with a willingness to learn, a “can do” attitude.
- Strong attention to details.
- Highly organised individual with strong time management skills.
- Ability to collate information from customers relating to their orders and relaying the information to relevant parties.
- Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate service is provided.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
