About the role

Join our friendly and motivated Reception team who are the face of Harvey Norman and provide Great Service, always! You will be the first point of contact at our corporate offices and ensure our visitors and callers feel welcomed and valued.

• Effectively manage incoming calls on the switch board
• Manage emails and all internal & external queries
• Collect and distribute mail
• Participate in general office administration duties

About you

You will be a motivated Receptionist accompanied with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and great presentation standards. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in multitasking and maintaining focus under high-pressure circumstances
• High attention to detail
• Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• A ‘can do’ attitude with the willingness to learn
