About the role
Reporting to the National Product and Marketing Manager of Bedding & Manchester and based onsite at Homebush West, you will provide administrative support across various areas including catalogues, newspaper ads, online content, promotions, reporting, ordering, meetings and managing product samples. This position is dynamic and fast-paced, involving juggling multiple tasks.
Responsibilities include;
- Maintaining the product database, intranet, and online marketplace.
- Liaising with suppliers to coordinate promotional offers, samples, product details & reports.
- Weekly reporting and assist in preparation of seasonal ranges, stock review & allocation.
- Creating Purchase orders, product briefs and checking artworks.
- Maintaining product life cycle, samples and executing exit strategy.
- Regular communication to stores in relation to new product launches, promotions, specials.
- Supporting all advertising compliance and all evidence to substantiate the accuracy of information.
- Communicating with Suppliers and Photographers in relation to ordering of stock, delivery, and collection.
About you
You will have a passion for fashion and/or Manchester coupled with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will also possess effective communication skills, have the ability to support the team with a range of tasks simultaneously and thrive on learning new concepts.
You will also have:
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to build effective business relationships.
