About the role
Reporting to General Manager of Small Appliances and based onsite at the corporate office in Homebush West, you will support the business by implementing in-store merchandising directives, coordinating with suppliers to create stands and fixtures for both one-off and national rollouts, and working with the Planning & Design and Shopfitting teams to ensure designs are approved and store re-fits are completed on schedule.
You will also;
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as proprietors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders with the Electrical Division.
- Effectively manage documentation and reports as needed.
- Confidently screen phone calls and effectively communicate messages.
- Draft correspondences.
- Support Business Development Manager with In-store execution requirements.
- Attend and complete annual compliance training as required.
- Undertake additional ad hoc duties as required.
About you
You will have experience in an administrative role, demonstrating logical thinking, exceptional organisational skills, and strong time management abilities. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities will be essential.
You will also have;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Strong initiative and a proactive mindset.
