About the role
Reporting to the Product and Marketing Manager and based onsite at the Corporate Office in Homebush West, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role that involves juggling multiple tasks. You will provide mainly administrative support across a range of areas including supplier communication, product orders & support, tracking & reporting, advertising, online content, and managing product samples.
You will;
- Maintain the product database, intranet, and online marketplace.
- Liaise with suppliers to coordinate promotional offers, samples, product details & reports.
- Assist in production with preparation of purchase orders, seasonal range selection, organising & checking artwork and packaging along with physical product samples.
- Prepare product briefs and coordinate photography.
- Help keep sample room neat & tidy.
- Maintain regular communication with stores in relation to new product launches, promotions, specials.
- Communicate with suppliers in relation to ordering of stock, delivery, and collection.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing material: catalogues, on-line, editorial proofing as well as stylist, TV and radio briefs.
About you
You have experience in
administration and strong skills in organisation, time management, and communication. You work well in busy environments, can handle changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks at once.
You will also have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
