About the role

Reporting to the Head of Business Transition and working closely with the Business Transition Manager based onsite at the Homebush West office, you will be responsible for designing and developing dynamic digital learning experiences that integrate graphics, audio, and motion.  

You will also lead the development and implementation of innovative content that enhances learning experiences, raises awareness through visually compelling and interactive formats and, contribute to meaningful learning outcomes that align with the organisation’s learning goals.

You will:

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define learning objectives aligned with business needs.
  • Design and deliver learning solutions across multiple formats including eLearning, guides, and support materials.
  • Develop multimedia storyboards and visual assets for internal communications.
  • Work closely with instructional and graphic designers to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and provide creative expertise to achieve business outcomes.
  • Use design expertise to develop internal branding for departments and projects and, develop key stakeholder content such as presentation templates, financial document templates and other design related materials.

About you

You have a solid background in graphic and instructional design, ideally within a regulated environment such as Retail, Banking /Financial Services, or Telecommunications. You bring an imaginative and forward-thinking approach to creating design and learning content, while thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments where you confidently manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.  You will also have demonstrated experience in adult learning theories, graphic and instructional design.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creativity Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
  • Experience developing eLearning modules, instructional & user guide templates and presentation templates.
  • Strong creative flair and visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
