About the role  

As the Fleet Administrator, reporting to the Operations Manager and based onsite at our corporate office in Homebush West, you will be responsible for the administration of the vehicle fleet, from purchasing to disposals. Your responsibilities will include, ensuring timely processing of infringements, managing fuel cards and providing administrative and customer service support to the wider fleet team.

You will; 

  • Processing vehicle fines and infringements
  • Managing fuel cards, including processing new orders, renewals, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide general customer service and administrative support.
  • Coordinating the approval of new vehicles and issuing purchase orders.
  • Issuing vehicle service order numbers.
  • Updating PPSR registers for registrations, variations, and discharges.
  • Monitoring registration transfers and motor vehicle allowances.
  • Actioning vehicle disposals.
  • Conducting weekly fuel verifications.
  • Managing safety recalls.
