About the role 

 We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager, with a strong understanding of dispatch and receiving processes, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team. Based at our Silverwater Office, you will ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse and maintain a safe, organised environment.

Responsibilities include; 

  • Oversee and monitor stock levels.
  • Manage timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading & unloading of trucks and unloading shipping containers.
  • Coach, motivate, and lead a small team.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with suppliers and contractors.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

About you  

You are passionate about warehouse operations and bring proven experience in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

You will also have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Previous experience in warehouse management
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Experience checking delivery sheets
  • Commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
  • Enthusiasm and a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • LO Stock Picker and LF Forklift licence (preferred)
