About the role
Based at our Corporate office in Homebush West, we are seeking a B2B Support Administrator to join our Merchandise Data Service (MDS) team. You will be supporting Harvey Norman’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and B2B processes with trading partners, ensuring accurate and timely Purchase Order exchanges, assisting partner onboarding, and providing operational and administrative support to the MDS team.
This is a full-time, fixed-term 12-month (maternity leave cover).
You will also:
- Monitor daily EDI/B2B production systems to ensure successful transmission of files and compliance with Harvey Norman business rules and SLAs.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot file errors, and escalate high‑impact issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external trading partners to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide customer service and support for B2B/EDI related enquiries.
- Produce routine and ad hoc performance and file processing reports.
- Assist with general administration and contribute to process improvements.
About you
You have experience in an administrative role with both analytical and excellent interpersonal skills. . You enjoy problem‑solving, working with data, and supporting seamless operational processes. You build positive relationships with stakeholders, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a team environment.
You will also have:
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills with data.
- Experience with SAP (desirable).
