Network Consumer Finance Pty Ltd (NCF) is a licensed credit provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvey Norman Holdings. NCF provides consumer, leasing, commercial finance and fleet administration services to its customers.

The Harvey Norman Franchisor Team is seeking a Full Time Fleet Administrator to join the in house NCF team located in Homebush West.

About the Role

Working with our Fleet Management team, you will be responsible for the overall administration of national vehicle fleet from purchasing to disposals, including fuel card management with a strong focus on timely infringement processing. You will also:

  • Prepare vehicle lease quotes
  • Coordinate new vehicle purchases including issue purchase orders
  • Issue vehicle service order numbers for repairs and maintenance for fleet vehicles
  • Monitor vehicle registrations
  • Process lease payouts
  • Monitor motor vehicle allowances & conduct periodical fuel audits
  • Fuel card administration for fleet vehicles
  • Weekly reporting and monitoring
  • Scan, file and maintain records
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

About You:

You will have a minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration with exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask while prioritise workload. You will also possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in finance or fleet is not required but would be advantageous
